Located in Easton, Pennsylvania, "ROC" as it is commonly known, has been collecting and recycling used oil since the 1960's.

 

Current ownership has been operating the facility since the mid-1990's. Under their tenure the company has grown from one facility and one collection truck

to a fleet of collection trucks and tank transports (performing both in-house and third-party transportation). The Company recently added a second new facility in Port Carbon, Pa..
